1. Biblical Preaching and Teaching

   We View the scriptures to be God's Word and recognize the need for solid Bible-centered preaching and teaching. We believe the truths of the Bible are relevant and can be applied to questions and challenges we face each day.

2. Full Devotion to Christ is Normal Behavior

   We insist that CrossRoads be a place where its people are challenged to submit to the authority and will of God as it is presented in the scriptures and taught by the indwelling Holy Spirit.

3. Prayer

   We view prayer as essential to all that we do. Prayer unlocks God's power in the church and in individual lives. Prayer is our critical weapon to defeat evil and bring about the will of God.

4. United Community of Servants

   We are a people called to share love and concern for each other in both thought and action. We believe that the path to true joy is a downward path toward serving one another in love.

5. Lost People Matter to God

   We believe God loves all people so much that He gave His son Jesus Christ to die on the cross a sacrifice so that all who believe may receive the gift of salvation. Therefore we seek out practical ways to compassionately share the Good News of Jesus Christ to those around us.

6. Care Groups

   We believe the best place to express love and concern in thought and action is through small care groups. We desire every attender to give and receive love and encouragement through participation in a CrossRoads Care Group.

7. Spiritual Gift Based Ministry

   God gives every Christian Spiritual Gifts. We encourage each Christian who attends CrossRoads to discover their Spiritual Gift(s) that God has given them. We seek out to provide a place where God's people can use their gifts for the benefit of the church and to the glory of God.

8. Leadership Development

   For CrossRoads to have long-term effectiveness in ministry, its leaders must be investing in the growth of new leaders. Our Care Groups are a safe and supportive place for identifying, mobilizing, and training new leaders.

9. Ministry to Families

   We want to do everything we can to build strong families. We are committed to supporting and encouraging both one and two parent families. We are committed to excellence in ministry to our youth and children. We want parents to feel confident and children to sense excitement about the ministry provided them.

10. Starting New Churches

    We believe that the Body of Christ grow fastest when it plants new churches. In every generation, Christianity has extended to new areas through the multiplication of new churches. Therefore, we desire to use our financial and material resources to proclaim the Good News of Christ and gather believers into local churches throughout the world.
